Summer, who joined ZIPS in March 2023, focuses on leading cross‑functional teams and guiding complex digital initiatives from concept to launch. As a Certified Scrum Master, she excels at driving Agile delivery, managing full SDLC workflows, and aligning software and system solutions with evolving business priorities.

Known for bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to fast‑moving environments, Summer specializes in stakeholder and vendor management, strategic backlog ownership, risk mitigation, and leading user acceptance testing to ensure outcomes meet both technical and operational needs. She is passionate about optimizing processes and supporting long-term organizational growth through thoughtful technology road mapping.

Outside her technology leadership work, Summer is also a Washington, DC–based photographer with a focus on beauty, fashion, branding, and e‑commerce. She also enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and spending quality time with loved ones.
