How Does the EZ Drop Process Work?
EZ Account Set Up
Any ZIPS team member can quickly set up your account—just provide your email address and a credit card (which will be securely stored), and you’ll be issued an EZ Drop Bag with a key tag that is linked your account. EZ Drop Bags are FREE at select locations.
Fill Your EZ Drop Bag and drop it in the EZ Drop Box
Fill your bag with items to be cleaned and drop it in our convenient EZ Drop Box. You can save time and skip the line during business hours. At select stores, you can even drop off your bag 24/7, when it’s convenient for you. You will receive a notification when your order is processed and your credit card is charged.
Pick up your order
We’ll send you another notification when your completed order is ready and your EZ Drop bag will be returned with your finished order.
