Mike Weisel brings more than three decades of garment care industry leadership and operational expertise to his role as Chief Executive Officer of ZIPS Cleaners. Since joining ZIPS in 2024 as Vice President of Operations and Continuous Improvement, Mike has focused on strengthening relationships with franchisees, elevating operating standards, and driving initiatives that enhance profitability, efficiency, and long-term system growth.
Prior to ZIPS, Mike held senior leadership roles with Tide Cleaners, where he served as Head of Cleaning Capability and a Franchise Business Director, and with Rent the Runway as Senior Manager of Drycleaning Operations. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated his own dry cleaning businesses for more than 30 years, giving him a uniquely deep understanding of both the operational and entrepreneurial sides of the industry.
