Stef LaPenna

As the graphic designer at ZIPS, Stef LaPenna interprets our product positioning, research, and marketing strategies to deliver on-brand and on-strategy creative content for our company and all of its locations. She lends her talented hand to creating full-blown print and digital campaigns as well as supporting assets including flyers, brochures, signage, advertising, web pages,  email and social media graphics, banner ads and more.

Before arriving at ZIPS, Stef was Assistant Director of Marketing and Communication at an all-boys boarding school in the Baltimore area, spearheading all design projects. Throughout her career, she has managed social media channels, website design, brand work, print and digital advertisement photography and video editing. In her free time, she likes to visit the beach with her fiancé and with her mini-golden doodle, Louie.
