Sean Martin joined the ZIPS team in January of 2026. As an IT Operations Support Specialist, he works as a go‑to resource for day‑to‑day IT assistance, system troubleshooting, equipment support, email access, and ensuring our software and technology runs smoothly across all ZIPS stores. Sean previously spent several years supporting IT Operations at other organizations, including Target Marketing Group, a promotional products company headquartered in Maryland. He is a graduate from Towson University, with a degree in Information Technology.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys playing video games, immersing himself in the world of tech, and working on classic cars with his father.
