Mary Ann Donaghy
Mary Ann Donaghy joined ZIPS as Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer in May 2023 after serving as a member of the ZIPS Board of Directors. She brings three decades of consumer marketing expertise to our organization, having held the position of Vice President of Marketing at both the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) and The Bozzuto Group, serving as the chief marketing officer in both organizations. Mary Ann launched her marketing career working at Grey Advertising, H.J. Heinz, and AOL. Over the years, she has provided marketing consulting as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer, marketing strategist, and market researcher through her consultancy, Insights & Impact. Mary Ann’s focus on consumer insights and business analytics, and her passion for an exceptional customer experience, will guide and support our organization’s continued growth in the years ahead.
A Cincinnati native, Mary Ann is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in French Studies and a minor in International Business. She is an avid traveler and enjoys skiing, scuba diving, pickleball, and life in Annapolis with her college age son and Mini-Goldendoodle, Bear.
