Lorie Webber

Lorie Webber returned to the ZIPS corporate team as Operations Support Specialist in late 2023 after spending more than a decade in roles at both the corporate and store level. She has been a ZIPS store owner, a project manager, general manager and consultant. Her specialties include recruiting and training team members, improving business performance and customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability. In her current role, she visits locations to perform store reviews and helps franchisees and managers maintain smooth operations and achieve maximum profitability.

In her spare time, Lorie loves to travel and especially enjoys adventure travel. She also rows with the Annapolis Rowing club, enjoys hiking, reading and playing pickleball.
