Lisa Russo

Lisa Russo joined ZIPS Cleaners as a Field Operations Support Specialist with a passion for helping franchise owners run confident, efficient, customer‑focused operations. She brings several years of hands‑on franchise experience from her time with Authority Brands and The Cleaning Authority, where she supported more than 200 locations through training, onboarding, operational guidance, and multi‑day program coordination. In her role as Franchise Training Manager, she modernized onboarding programs, led in‑person and virtual training, partnered with owners and managers, and became a trusted resource for improving day‑to‑day operations.

Lisa thrives in the field, building relationships, spotting opportunities for improvement, and rolling up her sleeves to support stores hands‑on. Her background in franchise training, event operations, and cross‑functional support gives her a deep understanding of what owners and teams need to succeed, and she brings that same practical, people‑first approach to every ZIPS location she partners with.

Outside of work, Lisa is a devoted live‑music lover and enjoys going to as many concerts and festivals as she can. Additionally, she is dog mom to Link, and proud parent of three incredible young adults: Jack, a chef in NYC; Kyle, a social media manager for PBS Frontline; and Miranda, who recently earned her degree in Psychology.
