Kathleen Razmus

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Kathleen Razmus has spent more than 35 years in the garment care industry, bringing experience as both an independent business owner and, since 2017, a key leader at ZIPS. As Vice President of IT, Operations & Training, she provides strategic direction across three core departments and guides companywide priorities that strengthen the franchise system and elevate franchisee success.

Kathleen leads a multidisciplinary team focused on innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. Her oversight includes technology strategy, data and systems management, operational support, procurement and supply chain oversight. She also oversees the development of operations procedures and training programs that help operators adapt quickly and perform confidently. She partners with vendors, franchisees, and internal teams to implement efficient solutions, streamline processes, and enhance consistency across all locations.

Her commitment to listening to frontline teams and franchisees fuels improvements that advance technology, training, and everyday operations—creating a strong foundation for scalable franchise growth.

Outside of work, Kathleen is an avid baseball fan and can often be found at Camden Yards cheering on her beloved Baltimore Orioles.
