Jennifer Hall served as our Store Operations and Development Manager from 2008 to 2019 and returned to ZIPS as our Field Training Manager in early 2023. Based out of our Savage headquarters, she ensures that all ZIPS training materials and programs remain current, accurate and effective by identifying and tracking training needs in our organization and helping to design, plan and implement tools to fulfill them. She also provides ongoing training support to ZIPS franchisees and executes our Certified Trainer and Manager in Training programs.
Jennifer held previous roles as a National Account Manager for recruitment marketing firm Bayard Advertising, Regional Trainer/Restaurant Manager Team at Red Robin, a Cast Member with the Disney Store, and as Operations Project Manager with home-cleaning franchise The Cleaning Authority, where she worked on training, recruiting, on-boarding, marketing, real estate selection, vendor account setup, supply and equipment purchasing, software needs and more.
In her personal time, she is a big Disney fan and a runner. She has served as a volunteer wrangler and bout manager for the DC Rollergirls roller derby league. She is passionate about animal welfare and rescue.
