Jennifer Davis has been with ZIPS since October 2021, tasked with taking our company’s training programs and materials to the next level. A seasoned expert in process improvement, Jennifer can always be relied upon to ready teams at new locations to execute systems effectively, enthusiastically and with the highest standards of customer service.
Before coming to ZIPS, the University of Maryland graduate spent a decade first working at a Laurel, Md., branch of The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille and then managing that chain’s training department. Then she spent a year with Creative Restaurant Solutions developing training manuals for restaurants and creating storyboard content for learning management systems. Most recently she has served as an independent instructional designer and technical training consultant, writing training manuals and designing and facilitating the implementation of e-learning courses that increase efficiencies, productivity and improve the bottom line.
If all her work making sure our operators and their teams are properly prepared to create the best customer experience from their first day of business wasn’t enough activity, in her personal time Jennifer is a wife, a mother to twin boys, a health coach, and enjoys time with family, staying active and being outside!
