Joyce Mulrooney

Joyce Mulrooney has been the Staff Accountant at ZIPS since 2018. She has experience with both non-profit and for-profit organizations, overseeing daily accounting activity as well as providing monthly financial statements. Previously, Joyce was Finance Manager at The Jude House, a Bel Alton, Md.-based non-profit facility supporting individuals dealing with substance use issues, where she managed the accounting, finances and month-end close. Joyce’s two previous positions were as a Senior Accountant doing Outsourced Accounting with the CPA firms McQuade Brennan, LLP in Washington, D.C., and Halt, Buzas and Powell, Ltd., in Crofton, Md.

When she’s not lining up numbers, Joyce is often found knocking down pins. An avid bowler, she has been a member of league teams for many years.
